Food schedule

Here is the plan let me know if it doesn't work for you......
We figured who ever is camping can feed their group breakfast the next morning,
if your at the hotel they will provide breakfast for you there.

Thursday- Dinner Amy & Dan,Jeff,
we have a dutch oven and plan on using it for our dinner.
Friday- Dinner Kate& Dana, Rand
Saturday-Dinner Mom, Sall & Eter,

You can talk with your group and make whatever you want we will have a b-bque pit also a small camp stove, and a dutch oven you are also in charge of clean up and paper goods and utensils and cups or drinks for your night.
Can't wait, it will be so fun to see all of you and play!!!

Looks great! That's perfect since I'm sure Eter will be there Saturday. And thanks for putting us with Mom, since I think we are the poorest, he he. :) Oh, hi Mom!

Kate, thanks for taking charge of this! I am totally overwhelmed right now between school and girls' camp. So I really appreciate you organizing everything! It all looks great--I'll just go wherever I'm told and do what ya'll tell me to do.

Also, I haven't found my camp stove yet. Did I give it to anyone since I didn't expect to use it again? If no one has it, I'm going to go ahead and buy a new one since I'll want it for the girls next month anyway. Just let me know if you've seen it in your travels through the garages.

Kate and Dana--- pizza? Huh? As cheap and easy as anything else I can imagine. But whatever. Let me know if you have other big bad plans.

Mom- Amy figured out the food schedule.
Rand- That is a possibility...not very camping-ish. I'll see if I can come up with anything else easy and fun. We did foil dinners for Cubscout camp and there were leftovers I gave my kids and they loved them. We'll get it figured out.

Kate, I agree with Mom you're doing a great job organizing. Like Mom I'm overwhelmed with work and my house. I'm moving in this week and trying to get it painted, got the carpets cleaned, changed the locks, putting up some molding around the windows, need to buy a fridge it's exhausting... I'll be so glad when I'm moved in and done with all of it.

And I know everyone wants to see photos. If you're just dying to see it look up 6309 Peneplain Las Vegas on google and you'll see some photos online.

ok, final word is that Eter got Friday off, but he works Thurs. So, I'll wait for him to get off work and then we'll be up there. Should be around 7 or so, depending. Ah, the lovely border crossing.
So, we'll have to figure out where he's going to sleep that first night.

Hotel or air mattress on the concrete- or spooning with Jeff.

Yes, thanks for doing all the hard organizing work team. Much appreciated. I'm just along for the ride. Mom, I'll see you Tuesday night. Everyone else, when you arrive.

Also, in regards to pizza not being 'camping food'-- well, neither is two hotel rooms and a Denny's across the street. I'm all for comfort camping.

love all the kudos but Amy did the food plan. Just FYI.
